You have the Estonia Migration Tool installed (or have you ever installed it)?

No, definitely not.

Updates via OC worked fine many times... until now. I use P3Dv3.

Go to:

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\PMDG\PMDG Operations Center\Updater

Open the pmdg_updater_log.txt and post the contents of the last run here (at least the last day - the dates are on the left, and the latest will be near the bottom).

Here is the problem.  Does it fail with the same log entry every time you try it?

Hello, thanks for helping. I always update from my account using Previous Orders then at the bottom click on the Download URL then I click on Click here to download this file and I save that zip file to my Download folder and then install it from there after I had removed the previous one with the Control Panel Programs & Features, reboot and then install the new one. I always did it that way and it worked fine. I only fly the triple 7 and the 747. I started PMDG 747 in 2007. Yesterday I updated my 777-200 and 300 without problems. I am 75 years old and still learning and I suspect that I mistakenly updated my 747 with my back-up drive. I run two WD 500 Velociraptors not mirrored in case one dies. Perhaps I should have used the Raptor with which I originally installed my 747, not the back-up. Thanks again for your help.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU...YES IT WORKED THIS MORNING. Earlier I forgot to mention that I had first used the OC and I got a bunch of jumping command prompts. That was why I tried the Base Package. This morning it was not jumping, steady and it worked. Made my day!

Thank you both Kyle and Dan for your help.

Hubert
