Taxiway lighting

Is there anything available, or is it easy to modify yourself that will make taxiway lights more prominent ? 

At the moment the blue lighting especially is so dull that sometimes I can't see it from anything more than 50 feet or so.

I use UTX Lights for P3D.  Comes with UTX2.

I really like the UTX lights and use them as well; but I didn't think they would effect taxiway lights. Do they?

Default airports?  The default taxi lighting can be modified or made brighter with Airport Design Editor.  Just copy the default airport into ADE, make changes as desired, compile into a bgl file and use as an AFCAD or airport file in your addons scenery folder.
