Fyinside P3D4 incompatibility with ChasePlane?

Hi,

 

I just purchased FY for P3D4, but when I tried to run it, it tries to manage something in the camera.cfg that CP already changed, so I've got an error, I deleted the camera cfg so now FY is wrking but not ChasePlane (I want it for the view and the bumps) 

When CP is working, FY doesn't let run P3D V4 and says that I've the VC view that is missing, d when FY is working, when I launch FY, CP says that I have some corupted files (on the camera.Cfg)

I copied the fsfx backup copy into the cameras.cfg then ran FI, chaseplane loads after this so FI should run, be happy and the Chaseplane loads in after.  Chaseplane will report that it has found some faults and if you click ok it will correct it - making a chaseplane suitable cameras.cfg again 

However the two don't get along very well and you will need to do this every time you want to VR with FI

In cameras.cfg change the title of the (chaseplane) camera to 'Virtual Cockpit'.

Works for me.

That’s all I did too. Works fine. At present CP and FI don’t get along with each other so when I’m VR’ing I simply close down CP as soon as it autostarts.

Hi guys,

Sorry for the thread drift but - I tried and put away quickly my Rift for a few reasons. One of those was I couldn't figure out how to effectively run spot view & world type cameras whilst using the headset. I've got EZDOK but not chase plane.

Is this possible and if so with which of these apps?

Default VR works well with Chaseplane.
