It does indeed look imminent, possibly even tomorrow or Wednesday if we're lucky!

I am really impressed by the many improvements and new features the bus will offer. This I call progressive development. 👍

Seems they have worked hard.   Good luck to them. Maybe it's my eyes but I still can't see the cold and dark start up state like pmdg

Impressive list!

Will all these changes come to the FSX and P3Dv3 version as well? Or will these products no longer be updated and improved? That would be quite sad... I love this Airbus, but I don’t use P3Dv4, and I have no intentions to do so in the foreseeable future...

From watching the videos they do have a cold and dark state and it also lets you save your own panel states.

That is interesting, so it will have Dynamic Lighting as the PMDG, the difference is that you can configure the intensity.

I believe they are allowing to configure the intensity for systems where DL put a heavy load on FPS, by reducing the intensity you could alleviate the issue.

From the forum post:

Support and bug fixes of all versions of the A320-X will continue normally - we expect that Service Pack 1 will be the last major update with new functionality for 32-bit versions of the product line and our focus will shift to the 64-bit platform(s) afterwards.

All the bug fixes and some of the new features will be wound back into the FSX and P3Dv3 versions. Some of the new features like the all-new sound engine will be 64-bit only features.
