FPS in Prepar3d

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I just bought p3d v4 and installed it. I am using macbook pro 2015 with intel hd 6100 graphics card. Here is the main issue where I get only 6 to 10 fps in the sim even at low settings. Please suggest.

It may sound super smartassy, but: get an other computer.

Your Macbook doesn't have a descent 3D gfx chip to drive it properly.

I think Joe's right. Sliders to the left is all you can do, but reality is you need a strong PC to get the most out of P3D.

Excepting dedicated gaming laptops. . Any laptop is a poor choice to run a flight sim like p3d on..

The beefiest gaming laptop you can find. It may be more cost effective to build up a PC...

Who would want a laptop for flight sim? You are in the middle of your flight and it's running out of battery... no laptop will have the power of a desktop.. small screen...
