Weird airport lights

All of them, we don't know if any of them could be the culprit.

If you open prepar3d there is a menu which says add-on's manager, in there you can disable and enable 3rd party tools without removing them from your disk or uninstalling them.

Disable all if them and restart PD3.

I only have GSX, FSDT JFK V2, and FSDT KLAX V2 in there.

Disable them temporally and lets see if your lights improve, you can enable them again don't worry.

Ok that leaves halo and textures overrides outside of the question, you can re-enable your add-ons.

Can you take screenshots of your display settings and post it here? this way we can all see your settings and try to determine what could be the cause.

Here are my settings  <-- These are my settings.

I think that is something is messed up with my lights. We just have to figure out, what it is.

What happens if you:

1) Enable Dynamic Lighting

2) Dynamic Reflections

3) Increase Special effects details to maximum

4) Increase Special effects distance to maximum

And another suggestion how does it look without wide view aspect ratio?

Still the same problem. The lights just look like 2D models and not 3D models.

I am running out of ideas.. anyone else??

I just tested something and it looks like that at default airport, my lights are 1ft above the grounds, but look kind of normal or how they should be and at every payware airport, they just look like 2D lights.

Maybe this is a fault with the payware airport, have you contacted the developers? I use Aerosoft, Flytampa and UK2000 and my lights look very reasonable.

Or maybe you need to reinstall them after the V4.1 upgrade.

Yes I do.

Did you reinstall the sceneries? I might have to delete all my add-ons and reinstall everything :(
