Massive amounts of flickering at ORBX ESSA in P3D v4.1

I am running 4xMSAA and notice massive flickering on the airport buildings. I am using the latest NVIDIA Drivers and running in 4k. Does anyone else have the same problem?

I am running at 8X, no problems but I do recall some flicker at the lower AA setting.  To compensate for the higher AA I limit my texture size to 2048x2048

I have flickering at other ORBX airports as well (PSP, BZN, BIL to name a few) unless I use 4x SSAA or higher.  Even at 8x MSAA it's really bad.  I run a 40" 4k monitor as well.  I posted at the ORBX forums before and got no help.  For me it's mostly on the taxiway signs and edge lights.  I do get some flickering at other airports but not nearly as much as with ORBX.

I never seen so much flickering at any other ORBX airports before, but it's really noticeable at ESSA.
