Hi All,

I recently bought and installed PTA, using a preset without FXAA. Also FXAA in P3D is off.  However with the PTA preset applied my cockpit text gets completely unsharp. If i then restore the original shaders all is well. It seems no anti-ailiassing gets applied to the cockpit text.
I added 2 pictures, you might need to zoom to see the difference, however in the sim its very clearly visible, So my question is, what setting in PTA changes this other than FXAA ?

Thanks,

Hi matt,

I was using the latest Thopat preset for Pta 2.6,  I think it happened with the included preset as well.

That is rather strange.

I'll see if I can reproduce on my end and report back.

Thanks,

Matt.

Hi Matt, have you ever found anything about this ?

I still have the issue, really strange after applying the (updated) presets it seems my SSAA changes, however they are set the same in the options op P3D. maybe worth noting im not using Nvidia Inspector, i just use the P3D settings.

But to me it seems it has something to do with AA. Just to be sure, im reading back my post and realise the issue is way worse in the sim than seen on the picture, but still clearly visible if looking at the engine parameters.

tnx
