March 26, 200620 yr >jfri it adds a whole new dimension to flying the Level-d it>learned me some SOPS too...>>You are flying with a crew that takes action based on real>world SOPS>>Forget the Level-d FA / FO stuff you can't compare.>>All challenge and respond between Captain / FO / FAs /PAX />Engineer / Start Crew / Operations / etc...>FO is actually interacting and perform his duties as in real>life with the Level-d>I have just recently purchased the LD 767 and have only tried a couple of tutorials. So I havn't learnt much about this plane yet. That rises a questions. If I get this FS2crew will I have to muchstuff to learn? Or can I start using it right away and learn while I use it. That's the way I try to do with the addons I bought
March 26, 200620 yr 30 days is more than enough time to see if you like a product or not.LevelD 767 is well known for being the best there is, in addon aircraft, is something better coming out? Who knows, Maybe the LevelD 757, but I can't see it as better, probably As good as.IMO The LevelD 767 and FS2CREW are an amazing combination. you won't be disapointed.

March 27, 200620 yr Commercial Member The learning time with FS2Crew 767 has been dramatically cut down thanks in part to a really detailed tutorial you can view through the Kneeboard. Some people have reported that they were able to successfully complete the tutorial flight the first time. However, I would expect the average user to be able to complete the tutorial flight after 2 or 3 attemps. It depends on how good they are at following directions.Cheers,Bryan B. March 27, 200620 yr Hi BryanCongratulations on the new release but do I read you correctly here that FS2Crew and RC are incompatible?Bruceb Bruce Bartlett Frodo: "I wish none of this had happened." Gandalf: "So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us."
March 27, 200620 yr Commercial Member Hello Bruce,Where did you hear FS2Crew and RC are incompatible? That is most certainly not true.Radar Contact works very well with FS2Crew.They're a great combination.Check out the FS2Crew Support forum here on Avsim, you'll see that a lot of my users use Radar Contact.Cheers,Bryan B. March 27, 200620 yr Commercial Member You forget the best one of them all: The Bird Strikes!Bryan B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
March 27, 200620 yr Bryan,This is an awesome addon! Congratulations and many thanks for tackling this. Quick question though - how do I turn on failures, including the bird strikes? The failure choice on the Level D menu is grayed out. Thanks!David
March 28, 200620 yr Commercial Member Hello David,Thank you.The Bird Strikes come at random times, as do the Air Rage and Sick Pax scenarios. You don't turn them on or off. However, for the bird strike, if you want to clear the shattered glass in flight, that option is available on the Approach Page. For the failures being grayed out, that's to do with the situation file. You can always create your own flight without using the situation file, and the failures menu should be available.Cheers,Bryan B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
March 28, 200620 yr Thanks Bryan! I haven't had a bird strike yet but will I see it in the VC view as well? The video shows it in 2D. Just curiousDavid
March 28, 200620 yr Commercial Member Hello David,In the VC you'll see it as a pop-up panel. The bird strike looks best in the 2D cockpit.Best regards,Bryan B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
March 28, 200620 yr Commercial Member Forgot to mention: You can clear the smashed glass panel by making the appropriate selection on the App Brief page. The option will present itself after the window has been smashed.-B. B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
March 28, 200620 yr BryanIs it possible to download the manual before purchase? I'd be interested to see exactly what's involved before I commit myself.Sorry if this has been addressed before, although I couldn't find anything on your site. If not, well no big deal.ThanksIan
