Minor issue LNMap

Using LNM with P3D4.1 - *sometimes* the direction line on the user aircraft will rotate around the icon as it moves along the flight plan. Unfortunately it happens randomly not every time. Doesn't seem to have any relationship to flight plan or aircraft. It also can happen during multiplayer operation. Other than the visual anomaly it doesn't seem to cause any problem.

Any thoughts?

never seen this. Does the wind pointer also rotate?

I can only imagine that the GPS of P3D gives random aircraft track indications (I read the track from a GPS variable).

Hi Alex - 

nope, wind and everything else is fine. I've tried it with and without ASP4 . It doesn't affect anything it seems other than the visual representation of the line. I'll try to see if I can track it down.

Did not happen ever in P3D 4.0 but in 4.1 and using latest FSUIPC - it happens occasionally.

FSUIPC doesn't play a role. I use SimConnect only.

The track in the Simulator Aircraft window, progress tab should also display weird values if the track pointer is moving.

You can disable the track line in the options dialog if you don't need it.

I have no idea what can cause this. I take the track value from SimConnect as is.

No problem. I'll see if I can narrow down what's happening just for the kicks. I'm interested in what random occurrence is causing it.

When I get tired of that, I'll just turn the course line off.
