Timeout at Startup

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have problems at startup of Chase Plane, It goes into a timeout. Internet connection to other sources is fine.

I am currently on the beta but can´t switch back because it won´t start. Any tips? Thanks in advance.

Kind Regards

Yep, same problem here!

I believe it could be a server problem, I also cannot download the VFX Central setup.

I can't enter in the VFX Central, too. Gets also stuck with a timeout error

Kind regards, Matthias

Our servers are operational with no known issues.

  1. Where are you accessing it from in the world?
  2. Are you able to access our website from multiple ISPs?

Hi,

I'm having the same issue as explained above on the non-experimental build. Same goes for starting VFX Central, both programs show the message Timeout. I'm accessing from Germany and I am not actively using an ISP/VPN. The website takes some time to load but I am able to access it.

Restarted my router and PC multiple times, does not make a difference

I am also accessing from Germany and I am using no VPN.

The website is loading as normal, but I can not download the VFX Central setup...

This might be a routing issue. We have had this happen before from the same country (Germany).

We are trying to route you guys to our server in France to fix the issue (temporarily at least)

Just now, The Martin said:

No ETA, we need to validate that our proposed solution actually fixes the issue.
