Mix of lovely XPlane11/Ortho4XP shots

Recommended Posts

Enjoying the sights in my two fav Xplane aircraft, the 172 and the Cirrus.  Since I turned off the incoming network connections (I don't fly multiplayer), I noticed a huge improvement in Xplane's performance.  I won't say how to do this, savvy simmers should know how to firewall incoming connections when they are not in use.

Enjoy the screenshots!

Uhmmm, sorry to ask the obvious but..... how do you do this?   (Maybe I'm not a savvy simmer!)

[EDIT]: ...oh hang on, would this also block incoming real world weather updates?  If so, no good!).

Nice shots.

Nice shots Mr. John. Off topic I hope you're doing well after your health episode. I think about you when I see one of your post. I'm type 2 diabetes controlled by diet and exercise. Years of neglect catch up to us.

Nice shots.

Yes, real weather updates would be blocked.  I tend to fly "challenge" routes, where I manually setup clouds, chop and winds for the flight.  It keeps me on my toes when I try to land or practice engine out situations.
