PMDG737NGX TOGA problem...

I have a problem at takeoff...

when I set parking break and I made 40%N1. And I push TOGA button and parking break off. TOGA mode engage but it go to idle thrust soon.

The most common reason that throttles close during a TOGA takeoff is because of noise or movement from the throttle controller.  There is an option to prevent the throttle from over riding A/T except in ARM or HOLD mode that might help.
