LNAV Altitudes and Speeds Disappear

Recommended Posts

Hello

I just updated my PMDG 777 from the Ops Center. After planning a flight I noticed that the Altitudes and Speed disappear from the Legs page. When I add a manual FL it all shows up, it quickly flashes and then disappears, my manual entry still shows up. Could someone shed some light as to how I can correct this issue?

Best - Leon

without more details one can only speculate. however, a common cause of this is having ambiguous or conflicting speed and altitude limits in your vnav profile. this can easily occur if your CI is very high as it will command a vnav descent of up to 320 knots or more, which when combined with a STAR that has a speed limit of 280 it will be impossible to fly, so it invalidates the calculations. it can usually be solved by lowering the CI or setting your descent speed to match the speed limit in that STAR. there could be other possible causes as well, if you want more specific answers you should post the flight plan you are using, fuel and aircraft weights, model of aircraft, etc
