resetsldl is not recognized

I am trying to reinstall my FSX program. Searched the internet on how to get past the install error. Finally found the solution to reinstalling FSX with the kb92080.exe and I get this message from DOS,  "resetsldl is not recognized as an internal or external command.."  If there was a way to insert an image for you guys to see, I would.

It would be interesting to know from where you obtained this solution (i.e. which website, since the Microsoft one has been dead for a couple of years now).   And what process did you go through to get to the Command Prompt stage.   If you just typed  resetsldl  in Command Prompt, then it won't be recognised, as the mskb928080 needs to first be saved (e.g. to your desktop), so Command Prompt can execute the file to set your Installer to zero.  IIRC, you need to use Elevated Command Prompt and after the fix is applied, reboot your computer.
