Not exactly an MD-11, but if you really want a McDonnell Douglas three-holer in P3D, the Just Flight DC-10 is available. Sure it's not a complicated in depth version of the aeroplane and it ain't strictly speaking an MD-11, but the MD-11 is a derivative of the DC-10, so it's something at least. If you wanted to go a bit more sophisticated in terms of systems simulation for a three-holer in P3D, their L-1011 Tristar is worth a look, and let's be honest, the L-1011 is prettier than the DC-10 anyway, and it was a better aeroplane, with quite advanced features for the time.

Other than that, if it was more the realistic systems of the MD-11 you were after and the avionics layout of it, the Boeing 717 is essentially a DC-9 with MD-11 avionics in its cockpit, and there certainly is a 717 available for P3D, from TFDi.

If PMDG got a dollar for every MD-11 question, they could build one from these posts alone.
