FSX-MS 747 adjusting view

In  FSX I go to outside aircraft view. When I do, it zooms in so close I can see the inside of the airplane. I can't find how to zoom back out to view from a distance. Help!

I think from a "Locked Spot" view it's a matter of hitting the + or - keys to zoom in or out.

Locked spot is better than spot view IMHO. I prefer it because it does not "rubber band" around the plane. If the view is too close, then a reset via CTRL-SPACE can be used. Locked view can sometimes be too close to the plane even when the zoom level is 1.00, just use the reset and it should be fine.

Thanks for the advs. I tried Locked spot last night. seems to be working. Will fool around more to see if issue comes back.
