FS9, Win 10, and Fluid Panel for IFR

Been away for a long time.  What aircrafts are now available that will work with FS9 and Win 10 and have the most fluid/smooth action panel and flight instruments?  I only use a 2D panel and do so for just IFR procedures practice.  Reality XP had great stuff but quit working after my last computer upgrade.  What do you recommend for my need now?  Thanks.

Looks interesting, do you use it for FS9? I only see reference to FSX, XP and PFD.
