Have all PacSIm's addons apart from Salt Lake City and have been very pleased with them but was a bit wary about SLC in FSX from a VAS viewpoint because of the large size of the download. However searching the forums seems to suggest that this performs quite well despite its size without major issues, so I guess now is the time to get it!

Where do you get support from PacSim?  I've recently bought the Appalachia package and a couple of the bigger airports have grass over the taxiways and I can't figure out the solution.  Couldn't find a support forum.

Good question! They used to have a forum but I see that it is now "offline indefinitely". However I think they may provide support via email.

With regard to grass on taxiways, the first thing I do when I see that is check for duplicate AFCAD files.

If you bought from our webshop, the contact link is right at the top of the Store page where you bought the product from. If you bought elsewhere, the Support page of the shop should direct you to us. We are Salt Lake City-based so contact us anytime between 7am and 8pm mountain time 7 days a week.

K. Thanks.  BTW... product is awesome, happy with the purchases from you!  

Tried everything to get concrete over these taxi ways - painted lines are there just no cement/asphalt.   I'll be in touch after the holiday.
