That led to all kinds of conflicts when single 3rd party airports were installed, not to mention conflicts with airports included in ORBX regions.

So, do I understand correctly that fsaerodata would not update orbx or third party airports?

I believe fsAerodata also has issues with FSCommander if you use that product, I think you'll see duplicates??

I don't have fsAerodata product but I'm about to purchase so I'll know more about how it'll impact FSCommander and/or existing 3rd party airports.  I have EFB and PFPX so it's not a show stopper if it does cause issues with FSCommander, I just prefer FSCommander's more open approach and features.

It does require a Navigraph subscription in addition to fsAerodata subscription.

Cheers, Rob.

Thanks Rob. I have been thinking very seriously purchasing both Navigraph and fsAerodata.

I appreciate your willingness to test and let us know

fsaerodata will update all airports, stock and 3rd party, if you place its 3 scenery.cfg entries above all other scenery with Lorby's Add-on Manager. But, the vast majority of payware 3rd party airports are updated regularly, so their navaids and approaches are almost always up to date. So for these airports, fsaerodata will have no effect. On the other hand, the  airports found in the ORBX regions are sometimes out of date with regard to navaids and approaches. These airports will benefit from fsaerodata.

Absolutely right. Lorby's tool is a must if you want to use Fsaerodata correctly. Noteably , FSaerodata also plays well with Pro-Atc.
