Re-install Problem

Hi guys,

I have a problem with my chaseplane and need your help. First after the latest update, my preset ground motion effect was not working. There is no ground effect at all. So I decided to reinstall it. However once I un-install the product and would like to direct install it again, the VFR Central give me this error :

Installation Error: System.Exception: cpDownloadError
   at A.c.A(Boolean )
   at VFXCentral.MainWindow.A(Object , DoWorkEventArgs )
   at System.ComponentModel.BackgroundWorker.OnDoWork(DoWorkEventArgs e)
   at System.ComponentModel.BackgroundWorker.WorkerThreadStart(Object argument)

Could you help why I can not download it? Thanks and looking forward.

Hi,

 

Can you check for anything that may block VFXCentral's internet connection, firewall, proxy, vpn etc.
