Airlines parked on the ground

Is there a way to setup the PSXseeconTraffic to put the traffic on the ground parked with the right airlines that operating the airport?

Yes you can. Make sure you run Park Generator. Selet airport txt file from the "Parked Folder" you want to edit, and check the airline code is placed at the correct gate, like this example from EGCC:
