Can you be more specific? If you're not seeing the option to submit a ticket, make sure that you create an account over there and log in.

I had an account but they don't recognize it.  I started with PMDG when they first came on the scene in FSX simulations.

I have purchased the 737, 747 and 1900D.  I got a little to old to handle the bigger aircraft now.

The account for support is not the same as the account for the store, so if you've never created a support ticket before, chances are you don't have an account with the support system, in which case you need to create one.

Tom,

Kevin is probably correct in guessing what is holding you up.  Our support ticket system intentionally requires you to set up an account specific to support- so that if a customer is having account access issues, they can still obtain support in order to get those issues resolved.

I'm guessing this is how you wound up needing help?

So head on over to the support portal, create a user account and submit a ticket with as much detail as you can give us on how we can help you.

One of the team will get back to you pretty quickly.

Hi Robert,

It has been a long time since I have talked with you.  I think it was when there was a flight simulation symposium in Seattle.  I was in Boeing Flight test as a system test engineer at the time. I was involved in the flight testing of the second 737 built.  Had lots of flying time on that one.

I will give it another try at trying to get into support.

I am sorry but I can't re-download the 737 NGX 600/700.  I got into the original order with the download URL and was able to click on it but it just sent me back into where I was originally.

I have the order#, the code, the download URL, my license activation key and the Transaction ID dated 29-Oct- 2011.

Please tell me what else I have to do.  Needless to say this is very frustrating.

Tom,

Go to the link on my signature and open a support ticket. The steps are simple open an account there, log in and open the ticket.

I can imagine. It's entirely frustrating to see things not working for someone. All the same, I'll need more detail about what you're doing. I know I just responded to you in the other thread, but since that's someone else's issue, please just respond here to keep things streamlined.

Can you describe, in the greatest amount of detail possible, exactly what you are doing in attempting to re-download your software?
