Cant validate 747-400-8i

I tried to install 747-400-8i and got the validate box up, I put my email address in, then I put the codeid in (which i think is the one at the top right side of the invoice), and then put my password in (which I think it means the password I use for PMDG) then it tells me it cant validate it, contact tecnical support. where have I gone wrong Please

You mistaked this forum for technical support.  PMDG Product Support is here http://support.precisionmanuals.com , this is a user to user forum and not much another use can do with a validation problem.
