P3D CTD

I recently downloaded P3D V4. The sim loads fine, however when I try to access any of the settings menus it ctd. I have seen several posts, but no resolution. Does anyone know a fix?

What are your system specs? Operating System?

Can you also post the crash information from event viewer.

Also, what other applications, including background programs, are running when you start p3d? Are you starting it as administrator?

It was a clean install. No other software running. I have started it as an admin and it made no difference.

we still do not know your system specs , but what is reported in the event viewer?? that would be a cue..
