GTN v2 on a tablet?

Recommended Posts

Can the the GTNv2 Navigators be run on a Tablet (therefore, getting a truer touchscreen experience)?  If so, would the Tablet need to be a "Windows" tablet?.....Or would Android do?  Finally, my goal is to run it on a 10 inch tablet - can the GTN be (over) stretched to fill most of the screen....Thanks in advance for any info....bill.

Hi Bill,

The Reality XP GTN 750/650 Touch for FltSim ships as a gauge, and like any other gauge displays in a panel (pane.cfg file). Should you have any tool which allows using your tablet as a second Windows screen, and should it support basic left mouse button events via the touchscreen, there is a chance this should work. Mind you: this is highly hypothetical and not supported though!

Thanks Jean-Luc.  It looks like it will be better for me to run the GTN(s) on a second monitor (i have a 24" in portrait mode).....rather than mess with a touch screen tablet - that may not work.  If I drag the unit(s) to the second monitor, can I re-size to "larger-than-life" for the old eyes....thanks, bill.
