Sun reflection issues

Hi guys ,

Anyone knows what causing these cuts in the sun reflection ?   its like spots at a specific distance that wont get the reflection even if i got down in altitude there will still be breaks in exact distances

using default shaders made it better. i wounder which tweak responsible to this. i disabled all water tweaks but still there...
