Maximum number of computers

Recommended Posts

Just got off work and was about to fly in P3Dv4.1 when I got a maximum number of computers message. I guess this happened when I pulled my old flight box out of the closet that had P3Dv3.4 on it. I'm planning on making the old box into a client and just fired up the old P3D for one last time before the format.

I sent an email to the address that displayed and also went into the support system. I take it takes around 24 to 48 hours resolve this?

Forgot to add, I no longer have access to the email I originally purchased my software. I moved to a new provider and also submitted to have my email updated.

I think I've made a basic error without realising it...I'm fairly new to VFXCentral/Immersion/Chaseplane etc (great products) but did not realise the usage limits.

I was only trying out Chaseplan on my non sim PC, as I did not want to upset my P3D installation on my sim PC until I was more confident.
But I now get the max usage warning on that PC. OK I understand it now, and was hoping the uninstall I carried out on my 2nd PC would resolve things but it hasn't.

I used the Activation Reset on the site and hope that's the right thing to do. Any help for a genuine oversight on my part would be appreciated, thanks
