Just realized that the IDENT doesn't seem to work when pushing the knob on my PFC avionics stack \GNS430....but the mouse interface does work.

Hi IFRPilot, thank you for the report. I confirm this is an oversight, and it will be corrected in the next update!

Hi,

Please note: when using the PFC 430 hardware with a 530, the COM volume knob push triggers the VNAV button as a convenience (because there is no VNAV button on the 430). When using it with a 430, it does nothing.

The NAV volume knob has been connected to NAV volume push, aka IDENT mode in v2.3.7 now. It wasn't used in prior versions.

What PFC hardware are you using exactly?

This is puzzling because we're using the same 430 controller for dev (the one with the ALT-PRE-SELECT buttons).

Are you sure it has installed? Can you cross check file version at the OS level:

"XPlane\resources\plugins\rxpGNS\64\win.xpl" ?

as well as the version number in the "Documents\rxpGNS.xpl.log" file?

Hi,

PFC support for RXP devices comes through PFCHidReports.dll, v3.1.0.56, which was available for our legacy "Hardware Driver" customers.

The file is expected to be in: "C:\ProgramData\Reality XP"

Therefore, I'm not sure about this USBHidplugin you're referring to. Where does it come from?

Yes,  I'm using PFCHidReports.dll version 3.1.0.56 as well.

The USBHidplugin version is just for your information.  It's the driver for my PFC C2 console.

I have reinstalled v2.3.7 a few times. I have also checked the hardware using PFC Test GUI to confirm the IDENT knob.
