Merging the LevelD fmc and guage....

Recommended Posts

I do not own the Captain Sim 757, but I am becoming interested. The reason I have not purchased is because it does not have full functioning systems like the LevelD 767. I am curious if anyone has successfully merged the LevelD 767 FMC, PFD, and MFD with the VC of the Captain Sim 757. This of course just being a temporary solution until Captain Sim releases the full system version in the second quarter of 2006.Thanks for the information..... :DKevin

Gauges may not work in a non-LDS product. Even if they do, don't forget they are 767 gauges. FMC uses 767 data, etc... Almost certain VC night lighting textures will all be screwed up. And plus how on earch would one magically "import" all the overhead buttons and gauges to work with everything else in the 757? And according to the developers book, this is not a "good deed". :)I personally just don't think it's possible.

I agree. I don't think there is anyway it could be done.Doug

The 2D panel merges fine with the Posky 757, surely it could be done with Captain Sim as well...
