taxi to gate

Hello ,when asking for taxi to gate on arrival airport i always get responds that gates are not avaible. Using xplane 11 and and wt3. Any tips for what i have to do?

Read the section of the User's Guide on the Taxi Mnt screen.  Then open the Taxi Mnt screen for the airport in question and edit if necessary to add gates.  There are 3 different types of gates.
