Highlighted Flight Plan row

Recommended Posts

I did not see this described in the manual...

There is a row across the top of the MFD that shows what seems like a random Waypoint - ie distance to go, time, etc. Also some general things like TAS, etc. The waypoint specific stuff is confusing. I at first assumed that the waypoint is the next one. but this does not seem to be the case. There is also a blue highlighted row on the flight plan panel - I thought it might be that row, but no. You an also highlight more than one row on the flight plan panel, so not sure what the blue highlight means either.

It makes sense that it would be either the next way point or the highlighted row. In my case it always seem to be the first major waypoint, but I could not see any pattern - I don't think it ever changed. Mind you, the program very rarely made it through to the second or third waypoint before freezing up.

If the row does not move with the highlighted flight plan row, can I put that forth as a suggestion?

There is nothing random about it.  It is the next waypoint, assuming you're on track and all is working.

If the program is frozen, then obviously it might look random.

If you're having freezes, the 64 bit version should help.

Good. Probably part of the other program issues. Will wait for the 64 bit version.
