Jo just stated they may have some news next week, sounds like we are getting closer to release....in the meantime, 3D modelled taxiway centerlights anyone?

Actually, Mathijs of Aerosoft stated that the release would happen "within the next two weeks". And that was last week. Take it with a grain of salt, but I'd bet that this gem is just around the corner.

Wow!  Video is very impressive.

Looking forward to reading the reviews from those who have purchased before plonking down my money 🙂

But certainly looks like a must buy.

Had a quick look at it this morning. Looks great, Jo really did a fantastic job. Frame rate is about the same as before with ORBX Southern Germany alone.

Just installed it and did a quick walkaround. My god this thing is a masterpiece....Not sure what kind of deal Jo stroke with the devil, but it must be involving his first born, because this is dark art of scenery design...

Just look at this scenery configurator, have you ever seen such a detailed config tool? For every setting change, the preview pic shows the effect of the current setting. I went with the settings shown in the screenshot and i'm getting 40-50 FPS sitting at the gate in the FSL A319. Still in cold and dark, so i expect a few frames less once i fire up the bird, but its still amazing how well optimized it seems to be

And if you enable static aircraft (which i usually never do), you see animated passengers boarding the static plane. Mindblowing stuff

Ok, i'm now 100% certain he made a deal with the devil. Switched to night time and i'm actually getting more frames than during the day, with dynamic lighting enabled....this is unreal

Looks amazing! what a great artist looking forward to more of his work.
