HDR off only at night?

Hi, in my P3D v4.1 I have too sharp road lights at night (that shimmer a lot), too much contrast and the moon is completely white. I spent a lot trying to tweak this with PTA, but I found out that the only way to have everything much better at night (and a perfect moon) is by unchecking HDR in the sim. So my question is: is it possible, through PTA,  to disable HDR in the sim *ONLY* at night?
