Vcore: 1.168 V @ 4GHz all cores

Using Core Temp: Max. 65°C on all cores

On air or on water? That seems pretty hot for only 1.168v, but maybe the 6700k just gets that hot if you lost the silicon lottery.

As soon as I hit the start button in Prime95... bam.... 63°C.

4.4 GHZ @ 1.125 V -> 80°C

Play now with the voltage, reduce it in steps of .5 to see if you reach stability with less voltage.

Each time you reduce it run prime with a blend test for an hour to see if you are stable.

Be sure to update your bios to the lasted version as there were microcode bugs fixed very recently.

I already got a Driver IRQ not less or equal fault while doing this :-)

I am now at 4.2 GHz and my PC is almost silent. I leave it like this, it's ok :-)
