Slow taxi

First time user to the 747. After planning the flight and routing through FMC then using the pushback function through the Menu of FMC, the  engine Start is normal and pushback is complete. The real issue is when Park Brake is  off, I have to have throttle at full to then have the aircraft taxi at a speed of around 8-10 knots and that's all I can achieve. This is with new scenery YBCS Cairns Intl.

Check if you have any tire failure, make sure parking brake and chocks are removed.

And please make sure your hardware breaks, if you have any, are set up correctly (null zones, sensitivity)... it might happen that the breaks‘ axes have to be inverted in your assignments...
