LG 4K Monitor On Sale

Just saw this LG 4K monitor on sale. Would this be worth it to go along my GTX 780 for P3Dv4?

Those are both FreeSync monitors for use with AMD GPUs.  That technology (and cost) would be wasted on your GTX 780.  If you play games a G-SYNC monitor might be useful to you... not sure how well G-SYNC would work with a flight sim.  Perhaps others will weigh in.
