KRDD: Aircraft Above Ramp/ Taxiway Surface

Seasons Greetings, 

With P3DV4.1 / Win 10/64, my aircraft (Alabeo M20R) remains about 6 inches above the ramp and taxiways surfaces. I looked for a ORBX FAQ but unable to locate.

I hope someone can help resolve this problem as I experience it as well with P3D v 3.4xx OS is Win 10/64. This is common to any aircraft that I have selected. I looked through the official Orbx forum but could not find it addressed. I had this Orbx airport installed in FSX (boxed edition) Win 7 64 bit, and did not experience this problem.
