December 25, 20178 yr First let me say that I do realize that my question should be posted in LM P3D Forum - but I cannot get registered as every time I indicate what the middle five characters are it tells me I am wrong and now I have exceeded my limit - very frustrating, don't know why it is made so difficult. Is there some magic to this? No matter which series of questions they display it always seems to be wrong!!! I tried your suggestions, still had problems. I then cleared my Google Chrome browser cache, tried again, still a problem. I then tried to login and said I forgot my password, I got a new password - logged in and then changed my password. Logged out and logged in again and all is good. What I have noticed though is that P3D has my "old" customer ID and I don't see how to get that updated. You see early last year I purchased P3D Academic. I realized that things were going to change in my life later in the year which would not qualify me as an Academic user, so I requested a refund and got it. Then after my status changed I have now purchased P3D Professional which then gave me a new customer ID - so somehow I need to link my new customer ID to my Forum Profile. Can you help with this? Merry Christmas Regards, Dane - Windows 11 Home - CPU Intel Core i7-10700KF @3.8GHz - EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 GPU - 1TB SSD DRIVE - RAM 32GB - MSFS-2020

Hello Dane You can achieve this Manually by Navigating to your Profile, Click Edit Profile and you will find this option at the bottom of the list. If you have any Issues let me know and I can do this for you Merry Christmas to you to
