What I want to know is, is it compatible with the first 4.0 release? I don't have the latest P3Dv4  patch installed..

It will, just a few things won’t and will require their own weather engine.

If someone does post screenshots, could you try doing a with Active Sky and with the inbuilt SF3D Wx Engine ?

Really thinking of buying this one, especially as it is compatible with AS16. I mean AS16 is a great product, but there is some room of improvement with ASCA which I switch it on/off regularly in exchange with REX soft clouds. So AS16 has the muscle and REX has the looks, although this is of course a question of personal taste. With Sky Force they promise a lot in both looks and weather interpretation... so while I am quite eager to check it out myself, I will try to hold myself back until I see some good videos and user opinions.  To get my 15% off, I will have to wait until my shop has listed it anyway.... lucky me. Excited!

I don't know what I am doing.. or what I am supposed to do.

 

I installed it... now what?

 

Do I have to have this running all the time? (I am supposed to and then minimize./..which I have done)  or is it only to install the theme? found the manual. Need to read it

I am in PAgp pago. Usually there is bad weather here.

 

Without Active sky running All I get is clean sky and no clouds. weather Engine status = Weater on Standby

with Active sky I  see clouds.

Hmmm...........

 

PS: I have "Enable REX Sky Force Weather Engine turned on

Try the REX store anyway. I don't know if it's because I registered on their forum with my previous orders, but I haven't purchased anything directly from REX and was able to get the 15% off on the REX store.
