Two quick questions: stand-by instrument brightness and pauses

Recommended Posts

All,

Two quick questions please:

1. How do I turn down the standby pfd (little guy to the right of the two main displays on the captain's side_) brightness?  I have all the other displays figured out, but not this little one.

2. Anyone getting pauses - long three to five second pauses during flight?  'm wondering if it's Active Sky loading weather.

Thanks!

Brightness with the + and - on the left side of the gauge frame...

yes sometimes. I think it‘s the ORBX lights loading on my side but not sure yet. I doubt it‘s AS.

If you use fsuipc with autosave, it can be the cause also.

I'll bet it's the auto save...I'll turn it off.  I don't use it.  Thanks for the note on the stand-by pfd - I need better glasses!
