Well... my version of it :)
Should be up in the library soon. 788 & 789. GE engines as default but RR textures included so you can manually edit .ini & .cfg files.

If anybody wants to use this as a foundation and create RL spec one then let me know and I'll send you the link to a PSD with what I did.
All vector files here so quality as good as it can be.
