Hi 'Concorde_AF'You're not making yourself clear - you say you paid for the aircraft and have downloaded it (and used it).So what is it that Ariane are 'holding back' and why are you expecting a refund?Assuming that you're completely innocent of the accusation of pirating their aircraft, I don't think you should worry about any threats Ariane are making about 'coming after you'. Unless they have absolute proof that you have ripped them off, their threats are totally worthless. In any event, I suggest that you email them, confirm that they're wrong, and demand to see the proof they have to substantiate their claims against you.If you have a legitimate reason to warrant a refund and they're refusing it, I also suggest that you contact your credit card company and get them to 'fight' Ariane for the refund on your behalf.Hope this may help.Toni.
