Unrealistic runways lights on P3D V4

Featured Replies

Hello fellow simmers,

Ik had a question. when I start a flight in the dark the runway lights look very unrealistic and very bloomy. I have a picture where you can see the problem. I have a 1080 ti and a i7 7700 CPU.

If someone could help me with this it would be amazing! Thanks again.

Can you embed your image here at AVSIM.  Just select BBCode Embed link.  Copy the link and paste it in your topic.  Your link above does not work or does not go to the image.  You also risk our membership into seeing something they should not see as many photo sites like to place porno or inappropriate images on their site.  This is why we want to have the images and videos embedded here.

Personally I think the runway lights are just as good as the eye of the beholder.  There are so many different configurations and some commercial airports that you install have their own and then P3D has there own so it will be difficult if not impossible to answer your question.  You should also let us know the name of the airport.  I know LM did great by having sliders to increase and decrease the intensities and the amount of bloom.  Again, what looks great to you would not necessarily look great to me.
