If you have rudder pedals I would try to unplug and plug them back in. If you don't have rudder pedals make sure you don't have brakes set to a button, slider, or an axis in the joystick assignments. If none of that make sure you are hitting keyboard "V", or "B". If nothing else works try a reset, just close and reopen X-Plane, a reboot may be helpful after closing X-Plane. If none of that works, I would delete xplane.pref file found in the root folder of X-Plane 11 under Output\Preferences, just delete xplane.prf file only then close X-Plane and do a restart. The prf file will be rebuilt on startup. If none of the above do the trick I would do a complete fresh install of X-Plane 11.

Try inverting the axis.
