log in PMDG

Been trying to log into my acount at PMDG,and they say need a new password, they will send on email with a link, get the email, but no link!!! Anybody tried or know any thing on that matter??

 Welcome to the forums, please note that PMDG requires that users include a signature block with the user's name, first and last, in all posts in the PMDG forum.
Failure to include a signature will result in removal of the post without comment.

We strongly encourage users to set up a signature block in their AVSim user account, then you never have to worry to remember in the future!

Please open a ticket using the link on my signature. The support account is different than the store one. If you have not opened a ticket before you will need to create a new one for support

As I wrote on the OP "Please open a ticket using the link on my signature. The support account is different than the store one. If you have not opened a ticket before you will need to create a new one for support"
