Shouting is not necessary, and please note that this is a user forum.  PMDG Product Support is the only way to communicate directly with them.

Go to your account history and the link and key will be there.  If not, then open a support ticket at above.

i did, and i have zero tolerance for theft.   charging me for a product and then not giving to me is theft. and im one step away from filing charges against them

A glitch isn’t theft, and it’s in everyone’s best interest to get this resolved calmly. No need to jump to irrational conclusions (if you’re purchasing the expansion, clearly we’ve provided you with an actual product before, so it’s reasonable to expect it this time).

We’ll get back to you via the ticket. In the future, that’s the first place to go for situations like this.

sorry. i was already having a bad day.   i didnt submit the ticket first because i didnt know i had to login again in on support site

i wanted to relieve some stress by getting something new from pmdg and when the site glitched i snapped.  im sorry.

 

i do love all the pmdg airplanes. im sad the md-11 is gone though
