what is this? and How to upload my screenshot in AVSIM?

I am not sure the location in the settings but maybe in the display settings of p3d, an option for displaying airspace, or maybe as another person said it might be a display of thermals. go to the weather section of settings and uncheck display thermals. I'm in the middle of a flight so I can't look at the exact things to change

Not 100 percent certain leave those  are thermals. I think there is a setting that controls the display under graphic options.

There’s no way to upload a screenshot directly to avsim, you have to use third party image hosting

Those are thermals, there is a display setting to enable or disable thermal visual indications.
