Question on stutters

Recommended Posts

1) Box unchecked = TSE 8

2) Box Checked = TSE9 OR TSE10

you cannot have TSE9 or 10 with box UNchecked - see #1

To me - TSE 10 is not worth the extra loading time.

I don’t really mind the loading time increase but cpu workload increases twofold. Less FPS more stuttering and autogen popping in even with less complex and less dense scenery.

Unless you exclusively do VFR or own at least an 6 core 12 thread cpu at 4.8ghz its too much to ask for.

what must your texture resolution be for Box Checked = TSE9    512x512

                                                                 Box Checked = TSE10  1024X1024

I would say it shouldn’t matter as they are independent settings but to be safe at the very least match texture resolution to terrain resolution?
