Prepar3d V4.1 Graphics Issue

For some reason, when if full screen mode, this visual issue occurs:

It also just occurs when switching between menus and sometimes while flying. The funny thing is, this never happens when in windowed mode.

Please can someone provide me with some suggestions?

system info would be helpful - could be anything from graphics driver to bad video card. Not enough info.

GPU: ASUS HD 7970 DirectCU II 3GB GDDR5 (Latest driver version)
CPU: AMD FX-8350 Eight core 4.0Ghz
8GB RAM
Latest build of Windows 10.

Issue only just started occurring on Prepar3d. I have not noticed any other visual issues occurring in any other applications or general PC use. Reinstalled Prepar3d, reinstalled GPU driver updates but the issue still occurs.
